Context: This guide covers organisation details and the ability to update the trading name, registered address, organisation classification, and organisation contact details. This guide also covers the addition of a new organisation's contact.
Glossary
Edit organisational contact
- Click the Settings menu.
- Click the Organisation Details button.
- Click the Edit button in the Organisation Contact section.

Click the Add Another Contact button.
Note: The primary contact will have thePrimary contacttag beside their name.
- You can choose from any existing users you have set up. You can do this by going to the Settings menu and clicking the User Settings button.
- Selecting the Other option will present the following fields to complete:
- Given name.
- Family name.
- Email.
- Phone.

Click the Add button.
Note: For this example, we have chosen to add an existing Organisation Admin. You will now see both organisational contacts on your screen.
If you wish to delete a contact from the list, select the Three-dots button and click the Remove button.

To change the Primary contact for your organisation, click the Three Dots button and then click the Set as Primary Contact button.
Note: You can assign any user of any role to be the primary contact, however only org admin users can make changes.
- The Primary Contact will now be updated in the Users table as well if you go to the Settings menu and click the User Settings button.
Edit payroll system used
- Click the Settings menu.
- Click the Organisation Details button.
- Click the Edit button
- Select from the following options:
- Access MicrOpay.
- ADP.
- CHRIS21 (Frontier).
- Employment Hero.
- KeyPay.
- MYOB.
- Preceda.
- QuickBooks.
- SAP.
- Xero.
- Other.
- Click the Done button.
Edit pay frequency
- Click the Settings menu.
- Click the Organisation Details button.
- Click the Edit button
- Select from the following options:
- Weekly
- Fortnightly
- Bi-monthly (twice a month)
- Monthly
- Quarterly
- Click the Done button.
