Context: This guide covers contribution reports, where to find them, and how to export and/or print their details.
Once you have successfully submitted a contribution, you can view the status of your contribution, payment details, and extract a report of the employees included in the contribution.
View a submitted contribution report
- Click the Contributions menu on the left-hand side.
- On the contribution grid, choose the contribution you want to see.
- A summary of the contribution will be shown on the right side of the screen.
- On the left side, you'll see a timeline showing how the contribution is doing. This timeline will update as events occur, such as payments being made or returns being received.
- Click the View Contribution Grid button to view the details of your contribution.
- Once the grid is displayed, you can export it to generate a report of the employees included in the contribution. Click the Export button, then click the Export Entire Grid button.
- Any warnings will be highlighted, allowing you to update your data accordingly. Errors will also be visible, indicating that you'll need to resubmit a contribution for those employees.
- The grid will be extracted in CSV format. You will be prompted to name your CSV file for your records.
The following fields are displayed in the CSV extract. In the alert column, warnings (W) and errors (E) will also be displayed along with a description of the warning or error.

- A summary of the payment details will also be displayed. You can also print this summary for your records by clicking the Print button.
