Context: This guide walks through the process of creating a Subsidiary within the Employer Portal.
Note: A Subsidiary has a unique ABN/WPN to the parent, however, a Branch has the same ABN/WPN. To create a Branch, check out How to add a Branch.
Access and Visibility Rules
Important: All users in the parent org will be able to see data belonging to child orgs (e.g., employees, employer drop-downs, manual grid search), even if they don’t have direct access.
Parent organisation users will not automatically get access to the subsidiary and will not see it in the hierarchy.
The org admin must explicitly set up users for the subsidiary through User Settings.
