Context: This guide demonstrates the process of resetting a user's MFA from Employer Online.

Click the Settings menu.
Click the User button.
Click the Three Dots button.
Click the Reset MFA button.
A Reset MFA Confirmation overlay appears. Enter your MFA code to verify your account
Click the Continue.button.

You are returned to the Users screen and a confirmation message appears in the top-right corner.
The selected user receives an email titled MFA Reset.
The user clicks the button or copies the link)and is taken to the Log in screen.
After logging in successfully, they are redirected to the MFA setup screen.

The user then selects their preferred MFA method:
Authenticator App.
SMS Authentication.
Then complete the required MFA registration steps
Once MFA is successfully set up, the user will have access to Employer Online
